Job description:

  • Co-ordinating with managers/team to plan and execute projects
  • Be in contact with the team on a consistent basis
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and budgets
  • Sharing relevant documentation and reports with the project team
  • Documenting and following up on important actions/decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary materials for meetings
  • Determining project changes
  • Providing administrative support
  • The ensuring project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained properly for each project
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders involved in the project (Such as executives, external vendor)
  • Creating and reviewing reports
  • Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Master's in Computer Science or Engineering Management or Project Management or Information Systems/Technology (Preferred)
