Summary:Assembly of mechanical housings, systems and hardware for both stand-alone products and products containing printed circuit board assemblies. Primary work is conducted while standing utilizing hand tools (powered and manual), machinery or applicable materials.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.* Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on the components' moisture sensitive levels (MSL).* Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.* Identify hardware, wire assemblies, sheet metal and plastic components.* Work with miniature to large components that may require visual magnification.* Integrate electronic assemblies and cables into mechanical housings.* Use various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, torque wrenches and screwdrivers).* Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore's various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.* Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.* Perform all other duties, as assigned.*QualificationsJob Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system (OCuity).* Perform general physical activities.* Monitor processes, materials and surroundings.* Spend time making repetitive hand motion.* Sense of urgency, successful at meeting deadlines.* Mechanical aptitude/dexterity and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.* Pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.* Pass IPC-A-610 Modules: 1, 2, 3 & 8.Education/Experience:* High School Diploma or GED.* Computer proficiency.
